Who owns which casino, brand by brand

Whoever owns which casino you are about to deposit at, the name on the licence is almost never the name on the logo. Every brand here is operated by a separate registered company, and that company is the party you would actually be dealing with in a dispute. No two brands in this roster share a licensee, but several share a street address, and that turns out to be the more interesting pattern.

Three Curacao addresses that keep repeating

Company names differ; buildings do not. Roobet and Shuffle are held by separate companies registered at the same Korporaalweg address in Curacao. Stake and Betfury both sit on Seru Loraweg, at numbers a letter apart. Rollbit and BitStarz are both registered on Zuikertuintjeweg, one in the tower and one in the landhuis.

What that means is narrower than it looks. A shared address in Curacao usually points to a corporate services provider that registers companies for many clients, not to common ownership, and reading it as a hidden group would be a mistake. What it does tell you is how thin the corporate layer is: these are registered offices, not operations, and the people running the site are somewhere else entirely.

The Costa Rica cluster and what it signals

A second grouping sits in San Jose. Gamdom is held by a Costa Rican limitada, and so are the licensees behind Fairspin and Winz. Winna is headquartered there too, through a pair of entities trading under the same name.

Costa Rica issues no gambling licence at all, which is the point worth understanding. A company incorporated there operates on a gaming permission bought elsewhere, usually Anjouan, so the corporate home and the regulator are two separate questions. Seeing San Jose in the footer tells you where the paperwork lives, never who supervises the game.

Payment agents are not the operator

Several brands route money through a second company, typically in Cyprus, and those names appear in the terms next to the operator's own. Stake names two wholly owned subsidiaries for payment processing. Roobet handles fiat through a group company in Limassol. 1xSlots uses two Cypriot payment agents acting on its behalf.

Confusing an agent for the operator sends a complaint to the wrong company. Play Fortuna is the sharpest example: the Cyprus firm that runs the website and processes payments is explicitly not the gaming operator, and the licence sits with a Curacao company entirely. When something goes wrong, the licensee is the party the regulator can act against.

Where the ownership record contradicts itself

Spinbetter is the messiest entry here. The official register and one major aggregator name a Curacao company. Another review site reports that the footer now names a Costa Rican entity with a Costa Rican registration format, and a third names a different company again. Three sources, three owners, one live site.

Betfury prints one corporate form and address in its terms and a different form and address in its footer. Vodka moved operator entirely, and an aggregator still lists the old Curacao company that no longer appears on the site. Winna names two entities in parallel, and the regulator's register lists only one of them as the licensee. None of these are fatal on their own. Together they describe an industry where the corporate layer is rearranged more often than the marketing.

What to do with a company name

Three uses, all quick. Search the registration number in the regulator's register and confirm it matches the brand and the domain you are on. Search the company name plus the word complaint, because unresolved disputes attach to the entity rather than to the logo. And check whether the same company appears behind other brands you already know, since a name you recognise for good or bad reasons is the cheapest signal available.

One name here comes with a person attached: the company behind Duel is a Nevis entity founded by the creator of a well-known skins trading site, which is far more identifying information than most operators in this roster publish about themselves.

Where to take a company name next

The list weighted for licence strength is the ranking where the corporate layer matters most, since it doubles the parameter that reads the licensee and its number. For the individual records, the Betfury review covers a brand whose own two documents disagree, the Spinbetter review covers the three-source contradiction, and the Play Fortuna review separates the operator from the payment processor.

Questions about casino ownership

Do sister sites share bans and balances?

Sometimes, and the terms say so when they do. A group that operates several brands under one company can close accounts across all of them for a breach at one. Where the licensees are separate companies, as they are throughout this roster, that linkage is much weaker.

Why do operators change company so often?

Licensing usually. When a regime tightens or a permission lapses, moving the brand to a new entity under a different regulator is faster than fixing the old one, and the website barely changes while it happens.

Is a company registered in Curacao a Curacao business?

In the legal sense yes, in the practical sense rarely. The registered office is usually a corporate services address shared with many other companies, while the staff, servers and marketing sit somewhere with no connection to the island.
