Ethereum casinos are almost as common as Bitcoin ones: 19 of 20 operators credit ETH. The interesting number is not how many take it but what it costs to move. Ethereum is the asset in this list whose transfer price swings the hardest, and on a quiet evening the same withdrawal can cost a fraction of what it costs when the network is busy. Two cashiers publish enough detail to see that in the numbers.

Reading the cashier
Stake publishes an ETH withdrawal minimum of 0.001 and a network fee of 0.00067447 taken from the balance. Read those two together: at the smallest permitted payout, roughly two thirds of what leaves the account is burned getting it out. The minimum is technically generous and practically a trap, and the same arithmetic quietly applies at every operator that deducts the chain fee rather than absorbing it.
Roobet accepts ETH over Base and Arbitrum as well as mainnet, and says so in its help pages. No other operator in this roster publishes layer-two support, which does not prove the others refuse it; it proves they have not told you. Sending over a rollup to an address the cashier generated for mainnet is the most expensive way to learn that difference, and the funds do not come back. Roobet also credits ETH only after three confirmations, against one for Bitcoin.
Rollbit puts both its ETH deposit and withdrawal minimum at 0.002, which is a cleaner rule than most and easy to plan around. Shuffle asks 0.005 to withdraw, plus the fee. Play Fortuna runs a daily Ethereum ceiling that starts at 4 and climbs to 20 for its top loyalty tier, so the limit that binds a large win is not the same limit that binds a new account. Reading a payout page is quicker than discovering the tier system after the win.
Weiss stands alone in skipping ETH, running its balances on 3 cryptocurrencies instead, and it is worth pausing on why: its own token is a BEP-20 asset on BNB Smart Chain. An operator that built its loyalty scheme on a cheap chain has little reason to carry the expensive one. That is a coherent decision rather than a gap, and it tells you what kind of player the site was designed for.
The refusals
Every operator below is scored on this site and takes other coins; Ether is simply absent from its account-currency list. A deposit sent to one of them in this coin has nowhere to land, so the list is worth a glance before the transfer rather than after.

Only where the operator lists the network. Roobet does. Everywhere else the deposit address belongs to mainnet unless the cashier says otherwise, and a rollup transfer to a mainnet address is unrecoverable in practice.
The chain fee is deducted from the payout at most of these operators rather than charged separately. Gamdom describes this openly: the fee goes to the network, not to the casino, and the casino does not set it.
Over Ethereum, no, it is the same chain and the same congestion. Over Tron it usually is, and most of these cashiers support that route as well. The Tron page covers which of them do.

Stake takes Ethereum, and the fee that eats a small win is the network's, not the operator's; the review lists the minimum that makes a withdrawal worth the gas.
