Bitcoin casinos are the easy part: 19 of the 20 operators here take BTC, so the coin narrows nothing down. The cashier does. Bitcoin is the slowest asset any of these sites credit, the amounts they will move are capped at both ends, and two operators that look identical on the homepage can differ by an hour on the deposit and by a factor of a hundred on the smallest payout they allow.

Reading the cashier
Roobet is unusually specific and publishes the whole ladder: BTC and XRP credit after a single confirmation, while ETH, LTC, USDT and USDC need three. One confirmation on Bitcoin is roughly a block, and a block is whatever the network is doing at that moment. Nobody else in this roster names a confirmation count in public, which is why a deposit that feels stuck usually is not: the coins are on chain, the casino is simply waiting for depth it never told you about.
Shuffle sets its Bitcoin withdrawal floor at 0.00015 BTC plus the network fee. Rollbit sets 0.0002 BTC to leave and 0.0001 BTC to arrive, and warns in capitals that a deposit under the minimum will not credit and cannot be recovered by support. Stake goes far lower, publishing 0.00002504 BTC as its minimum with 0.00001571 deducted as the network fee. Casino-X is the odd one out in the other direction: EUR 1 minimum on most rails, EUR 50 if you want it in Bitcoin.
Weiss is the only name missing here, and it is missing by design rather than by oversight: the account runs on 3 cryptocurrencies, all of them stablecoins or Litecoin, alongside a fiat cashier. A casino can be crypto-first and still refuse the original crypto. Its own house token runs on BNB Smart Chain, which tells you where the operator thinks the cheap rails are.
BitStarz lists Bitcoin Lightning alongside ordinary on-chain BTC in its live deposit list, the only operator here to do so, and Lightning changes the calculus for small deposits more than any bonus does. Play Fortuna publishes a daily Bitcoin ceiling of 0.12 at base loyalty level, which matters only if you win big and matters enormously then. Both facts sit in payment pages that most comparison sites never open.
The refusals
Every operator below is scored on this site and takes other coins; Bitcoin is simply absent from its account-currency list. A deposit sent to one of them in this coin has nowhere to land, so the list is worth a glance before the transfer rather than after.

Instant describes the credit after confirmation, not the block time. On a busy day a low-fee transaction waits, and the casino has no control over that. The only lever you hold is the fee you paid when you sent it.
Usually not. Gamdom states plainly that the coin withdrawn must be the coin deposited, and most of the others enforce the same rule through a same-method clause. Plan the exit before the entry, especially if you are moving to a cheaper chain for the payout.
Often, yes. Once the network fee and the minimum payout are both counted, a fifty-dollar bankroll loses a visible slice to the rails. The stablecoin route or Litecoin costs less to move, and neither exposes the balance to an overnight price swing.
Editor's read
Stake takes Bitcoin and leads the list on payout speed: the confirmation wait belongs to the chain, the rest of the wait belongs to the cashier, and this one publishes its half.
