18W · 0L · 1D against the roster
Choosing a crypto live casino by its table list is close to pointless, because almost every site in this roster licenses the same dealers from the same studios. What differs is everything around the table: which coins fund it, how fast a win leaves the account, and whether anyone answers when a hand goes wrong at two in the morning. So this ranking lifts the cashier, the support desk and what the operator built itself, in equal measure.

Reading the list
Evolution appears by name in the published provider lists of Roobet, Rollbit, Gamdom, Betfury and Winna, usually with Pragmatic Play beside it. That is the whole explanation for why live lobbies feel interchangeable: the roulette wheel you see at one site is streamed from the same studio as the one next door, with the same presenters and the same side bets. Catalogue size does not fix this either. Betfury lists over 13,000 titles from more than 70 studios and Gamdom advertises 8,200 from over 60, yet the live section of both traces back to a short list of the same suppliers.
A live table runs in real time, so a dropped connection during a hand is not a ticket you can file tomorrow. Ten of these operators publish a Telegram line alongside chat and email: Gamdom, Betfury, Shuffle, BitStarz, Winna, Vodka, Spinbetter, 1win, Weiss and Duel. Gamdom states a reply within minutes and Shuffle gives VIP members a host reachable by phone, which is the most useful escalation route in the roster. The gaps are as instructive. Winz staffs its chat in English, German and Japanese only. Stake's own terms note that live chat is available once you are logged into your account, so there is no pre-registration line at all. Roobet publishes no response-time commitment anywhere on its own pages.
Two operators treat live play as its own product rather than a folder in the lobby. Winz pays 10% live-casino cashback for the first fortnight of an account, separate from the daily cashback that runs indefinitely, and both come with zero rollover. Betfury goes the other way and makes live play the fast lane through its bonus: wagering runs at x40 on slots and live games alike, while its own Originals count towards the same requirement at a coefficient of 0.2, so a bonus clears far faster at a live table than it does in the house games. That is an argument for the live section that has nothing to do with the dealers.
Table minimums are set by the studio, not the casino, so the deposit floor matters less here than it does on a slots page. The exit matters more. Stake, Shuffle and Winz move crypto out instantly, Gamdom within an hour, and a live session that ends well at any of them is cashable the same evening. Betfury audits every transaction by hand across 24 to 72 hours, which turns a good night at the tables into a wait. Weiss narrows it further with three coins in the cashier and a weekly ceiling of EUR 4,000, so a strong run there takes weeks to collect.
Play Fortuna and Casino-X build nothing of their own, and neither does Vavada, 1xSlots or Spinbetter. For those five the third-party lobby, live tables included, is the entire offer, and they score lower here for it because the distinctive-features row carries extra weight. That is not a warning: a player who only wants blackjack against a human dealer loses nothing by using a site with no crash game. It does mean the choice comes down entirely to the cashier and the support desk, which is exactly what the two remaining weighted rows measure.
Head to head
On the live casino list the weighting sets the order; the plain ten-parameter pair between Stake and Winz shows how close the call at the top is once the weights come off, and whoever sits higher on a row takes it.

No. Provable fairness covers only games an operator wrote itself, and live tables are streamed from a third-party studio. They are audited by testing laboratories instead, which is a different guarantee made by a different party.
Rarely, and the difference is worth checking before you sit down. Betfury counts slots and live games at the same rate while discounting its own Originals to a fifth, which is unusual; more often live play contributes least of all.
The ones where a good result cannot be collected quickly. Weiss caps payouts at EUR 4,000 a week, Spinbetter at 1,500 EUR a day, and Riobet starts at EUR 1,000 a day before VIP levels lift it.
